At every annual Rotary Club "Sporting Clays Fall Classic" fundraiser, the club sponsors auctions and raffles to provide great prizes while creating additional fund-raising opportunities for the participants

This year, The 13th Annual Sporting Clay Fall Classic will include an auction featuring a fabulous Hunting Trip to Argentina, and a Beretta UGB25 Xcel shotgun donated by Chris Myers.

All proceeds go to several local charities and organizations, such as the Rotary Youth Club in Fairhope (learn more about the Rotary Youth Club here.) Information about the other beneficiaries of the club may be found on the Point Clear Rotary Club Website, here.

Fabulous Auction!!

Attendees at this year's Annual Sporting Clays Fall Classic will have an outstanding opportunity. Don't miss it!


Last year at the Point Clear Rotary Club's annual Sporting Clays Classic fundraiser, an auction was held auctioning a fabulous hunting trip to Argentina.
This year's event, in 2022, will feature TWO fabulous auctions. Attendees will be eligible to bid in these two outstanding auctions.

Fabulous Argentina Hunting Trip

A 3-nights trip for 4-hunters to the shooting fields in Cordoba, Argentina, the world capital of high-volume bird hunting.

3 days with 2 hunts per day, morning and afternoon, 3 night stay at La Faustina Lodge and Polo Club All meals included.

Included: 2 daily hunts, birdboy & English guide, meals, national drinks, acommodations at La Faustina Lodge

Not Included: Transportation (Flight and transport to & from Airport), Gun Rental, Land Hunting Fee, Ammunition, Hunting License.

Beretta UGB 25 Xcel Shotgun

This year's Shotgun Auction features a Beretta UGB25 Xcel 12 gauge shotgun, with a 30 inch barrel.

The new Beretta UGB25 Xcel shotgun features an innovative locking system with a break-open action that allows completely safe operation during competitions. The second round is not hidden inside the magazine tube but remains visible in a side cartridge carrier. The UGB25 Xcel, available in 12 gauge with a 30-inch barrel, operates on a short-barrel recoil system that keeps the gun’s internal parts clean even after prolonged use.

Bourbon Raffle

Another excellent opportunity for attendees as well as non-attendees to contribute to a great cause, and, if you're lucky, acquire an excellent assortment of fine bourbons donated by Rotary Club members, is to take part in the Bourbon Raffle to be held in conjunction with the Sporting Clays Fall Classic.

For those unable to attend, you may still participate by purchasing a raffle ticket from any Point Club Rotary Club member, or by calling 251-510-8164, 251-422-3779, or 859-753-5540

Among the fine selections, the winner will be able to stock his liquor cabinet with Blanton's Single Barrel, Eagle Rare (10 year), Colonel EH Taylor SB, W. L. Weller Special Reserve, and Buffalo Trace Straight, and others.
